Simple Soccer Trigger Help

Hello Together.
Can anyone create me a simple trigger?
I would like 5 Minutes before Kick Off Back the 0-0 for a Price over 10
and Lay the Draw for a Price under 3.8 

The trigger must perform no function in the play.
I would be very grateful for any help.

The Stake for Back is 2 EUR. and the Stake for Lay is 3 EUR.
