trigger help needed

Hi - pls could anyone tell me how to do a trigger for a price coming in from 21 to 13.

this should be quite simple, you just need to create a trigger that "remembers" selections that are at 21 or higher when you start monitoring, then if the selection's price reaches 13, carry out your desired action

I can create the trigger, are you wanting to back or lay the qualifying selection?
