2nd matching bet

Hi could someone explain how to bet the 2nd matching in a horse race example horse A hits 1.9 in running i want to back the next horse that reaches 1.9. I have tried using condition at least one selection back matched is equal or less than 1.9 and tried another condition markets number of matched lay bets is equal to 1. But neither works. That will be:
trigger expression match_2_back_price

check Matching Selection variables in the manual

correction: trigger expression match_index is equal to 2

Selection's Back price is equal or less than 1.9
and Selection's trigger expression matching_number is greater than 1
and Selection's trigger expression match_index is equal to 2
