[TR] lay placed

I would like a trigger that works the following way in the Galgos market!
1 - Market placed (Lay placed)
2 - Go to LAY placed in the greyhounds of the external list of file "txt"
3 - Stake fixed in the amount of 1% of the bank.
4 - Minimum number of greyhounds per race being equal to 6.
5 - Do not enter the market with reserve greyhound in the race.
6 - Do not enter the market if the greyhound that was selected for the LAY become favorite.
7 - Start to monitor the market with 35 seconds to start the race.
8 - Enter LAY if Odd is between 2 (minimum) and 8 (maximum).
9 - Recovery numbers, in the case of a network, equal to 3.
10 - Stop Green equal to 5% of the bank.
11 - Stop Loss equal to 10% of the bank.
