Automatically adding races by country selection

At the moment the options are UK or non-UK

but on the "add/delete specific markets" menu you have 4 country options

I'd like to see those options on the monitoring options menu too

It's already planned for the 7 version. We are testing such feture right now, it's really cool ;-)
