Default minimum profit %
« on: 09 Nov 2010, 13:51 »
Settings/Betting options/default minimum profit

Right now the maximum value you can enter here is  99.99 %,  and if, for example, you place a 10 euros back bet  at 6.0 back price either at SP or right before in-play, if you have auto greenup turned on, this 99% limit forces you to take a profit of 10 euros when your selection could  make a good race and you could take  in 20 or 30 euros.

I would like to ask that this limit is removed.  MFP should have the possibility to hunt for 5% or 500% profit with auto_greenup either before the race starts or inplay.

Congratulations for building such a great piece of software.

Yes, you can use the greenup trigger,  but triggers refresh once per second and autogreenup refreshes 10 times per second, and  if you place a bet inplay it makes a world of a difference to be able to react  once every 0.1 second  or once every second.  I prefer to be able to react faster.

Greetings
