import selections from URL - automatically

Hi there,

it would be nice to have a settings option whereby I can specify a URL for selection retrieval, and then set a refresh interval, e.g. "retrieve from URL ever 24 hours" so that I didn't have to do anything and it went at fetched the stions for me each day
