only to be able to select certain tracks

How do I set my trigger to work only on the tracks I want? for example, Central Park, Monmore, Nottingham, Towcester, Doncaster. I want my trigger to work only on these tracks.

Try the Trigger condition

and Market's Name is in the list "Central Park", "Monmore", "Nottingham", "Towcester", "Doncaster"

Sorry, try

and Selections Trigger Expression market_venue is in the list "Central Park", "Monmore", "Nottingham", "Towcester", "Doncaster"
