Hi Tim
(I'm only asking as you have the statement part of the programme in your sites at the moment!)
I appreciate that it's a big ask, but would you consider adding a column to the statement that was able to record a user defined variable for each market?
Eg I could add market_volume which would allow me to record how much money was matched on that particular market by the time it was settled.
Or I could add winplace_market_length to allow me to record the market length for each settled bet in horse racing place markets (I know that info is in the market name in win markets, but it's not in place market names)
I could make my own variable which records some info from the time when I placed the bet, and put that into the statement eg when my bet is triggered I make a user variable which record the current match_minute in a football match, so I could check when in a game my loosing bets are firing.
These are just a few examples. Having as much data as possible at your fingertips is a great way of improving your results, and this addition would open up a lot of new data analysis options.
I imagine that it would require a new tab in the settings options relating to the statement screen, with a check box to fill in with the name of the variable that MFP would then put in the statement file for each market.
Apologies 1oser for hijacking your thread, but I put a suggestion for this into the relevant section of the forum a few months ago and I didnt want it to slip through the cracks.
