Turnover charge markets

Hi,
I suggest to add a market variable that recognizes turnover chargé markets. I think this would be beneficial for all customers (not only for a "small" number as betfair says) particularly those that show a longterm profit... However, I'm not sure if betfair APIs give such information.

I've added this to our wish list. Shouldn't be very hard to add I guess.
