Time Machine - client identification error

Hello everyone.

I reactive my MF and Time Machine License today and try to buy new soccer markets but gives me the error: "Error with client identification"...

@MarkV can you give some clearance here? Or anyone that eventually had the same issue?

I can't help you directly with any subscription problems but if you tried to renew through the software I suggest to try the webpages for renewal:

I am a long-time user of marketfeeder and try to help on the forum if I can with technical queries relating to triggers and variables etc.
 

Hi joaofrancisco - I have the same problem as you - "Error with client identification" message when I try to buy market data in Time Machine.

Did you ever get a reply from support? I have emailed several times, with no response which is disappointing after I have paid for a subscription that won't do what I need it to.
