Good morning All.

I am experiencing multiple issues and hope someone can help me, please?

1. Order not found or already completed

I have attempted to purchase new markets within Time Machine. They have been added to the "Cart", then I click "Purchase". The cart totals over £5.00 worth of markets, and my web browser displays this message. "Order not found or already completed". The purchase fails to complete, and my Betfair balance shows no deduction. It makes no difference whether I attempt this from a different device.

2. As this failed to work, I attempted to purchase a full month's worth of data from Betfair. The purchase was successful, but despite downloading my entire history on Time Machine, there appears to be no new data available to me on the platform. To be honest, this will work out very expensive, as I only want specific market types, so I would appreciate any assistance with these items.

Has anyone had this issue before with being unable to purchase markets within the platform?

Thank you so much,

Chris

The purchase of Time Machine markets will never be deducted from your Betfair balance.  It is a seperate transaction and requires payment via Paypal ot similar.   You can't buy Time Machine markets from Betfair, so I'm not really sure what you are talking about.

Hi Rubold,

Thanks for your response.

You have always been able to purchase historical data markets from Betfair, which provide a full month of data for the most common sports, such as Horse Racing, Soccer and Tennis. This data is also available from other licensed vendors, such as Time Machine on MarketFeederPro. These purchases were automatically deducted from your Betfair account balance. However, this can prove expensive, so I always preferred purchasing custom markets in Time Machine rather than buying all meetings/fixtures, etc. I couldn't remember how markets were paid for in their software, so thank you for clearing this up. In that case, the link to purchase markets must be broken, or have you been able to purchase them recently without any issues?

Kind regards,
Chris

Please note, BetFair is seems to be currently OFFLINE
