so the qualifying time is exactly haltime (must be a score draw)
so i can set the triggers to delete any markets that are not a score draw at halftime to save on refresh times.
if at halftime there is a scoredraw the triggers wait until the odds are 2.50 or less until 70 minutes then place the lay bet etc.
after 70 minutes if the odds are above 2.50 then delete the markets as there will be no betting.
