I have checked the Silks data. That information is not directly available.
It could be worked out if you can identify from an external source the rank of the horse in a previous race, and link that to the Form identifier available in the Silks data.
Alternatively if you can generate a text file with selection name and BF data from an external source, that can be imported into the program for use in trigger conditions.
