That's not a problem, you can have multiple sports markets monitored at any one time.
What you will need to do is probably add another condition into each bet so it only triggers in the appropriate market eg:
and market name contains "Horse"
or
and market name contains "Soccer"
There are more elegant ways of doing it, but that should suffice initially
