  • Hi Larp,

So do you have those settings in the Betting Options, the limit value that mcbee suggested?

I know of some other occasions when this log message could be generated, but let's exclude this one first.

  • Hi Oxa,

I never have any limit on in the settings. I don't have that laptop at the moment, being fixed. In any case, why would the 2 minutes delay be kicking in anyway.

So no, 99% certain there was no limit on bet size/total amount.

    Thanks

  • The delay is introduced as a timeout in a situation where a green up bet can't be placed because of a previous green up bet that was sent to BetFair but not identified by the program. In such circumstances the program can't go ahead sooner, it must wait till it is absolutely sure that the bet won't be duplicated.

But why it can't be identified in your case - that's a question. Most common case is when the original bet is modified by BetFair significantly, i.e. matched at a totally different price, partly unmatched or split etc. I need to see the triggers and relevant logs to provide more help on this.

  • Hi Oxa,

Thanks for that. I will need to get my other laptop. I can do much on this one older one without it overloading, but i will try tomorrow.

  • Hi Oxa,

I am sending you the trigger via support now.

I see what you are saying about the green up. There is a failsafe green after the first green which may be where the problem is. I put in the failsafe for two reasons. One in case the first attempt at backing was unmatched then cancelled. Two, in case the first attempt at the green missed the price.

Perhaps you can take a look and it is the problem, feel free to change the trigger and tidy it up. Also, you can send it to Mcbee or Mark if needs be.

    Thanks

Not really yet, circumstances have intervened and have not really got back to this trigger yet, but I hope to in the next week or two

    regards
