Dutch by Rank

I'm trying to do dutching by taking the first 6 Rank positions, but I found two problems.

1. the order takes place by quota back (also including positions with empty lay)
2. I do not open the position in order of rank (for example, I opened a position on 0-3 that errs 13 ^ in rank)

this is the rule I'm using, maybe you can help me

I have tested the rank is between 2 and 6 , it works as it should.
your screen shot shows 4 selections all with different placed times , when using the dutch trigger it places all bets at the same time  

this is the problem... 
the rank is based on the quota in back and therefore also takes the selections with empty lay.

could you have rank for lay?

but this is after the bets are placed , when the bets are placed the ranks are different.
