Not sure if this trigger already exists, but what I would like to do is lay the draw around 72mins in play time, specify the odds at which to lay the draw at. Check and specify the maximum price of the favoured team to win at that time, and then on the correct score market back the next draw up.

One thing not sure of Greening if needed?

Preferably/if possible covering lay liability on first bet, and using the Fibonacci staking plan. Market selections to be: English Premiere League, English Championship, Gernan Bundesliga, Spanish La Ligue, Italian Serie, French Ligue 1

Do you want to lay it at any score or just at 0-0?

and then on the correct score market back the next draw up.

By "the next draw up", do you mean a score that is 1 or 2 points greater, e.g. 1-1 when it's 1-0 now or 2-2 when it's 1-1?

Lay the draw at match odds preferably at 0-0, but no higher than 1-1. Then back the correct score, to cash out when one team scores, so 1-0, 2-1 etc. Looking for the back bet to cover liability in lay bet. Hope that makes sense. 

If possible with an amount/percentage of stake to cover liability in match odds market.

How do I import the .mfl file? Or should it have the .mft extension?

The *.mfl file is a Market Locator search template. You open it in the Market Locator (the utility inside the program).

The *.mft file is a trigger file. Here is a tutorial showing how to load and execute triggers:
