How to delete a market with no active selections?

Hi,
I load horse racing markets with no active selections and then read from a file to activate individual runners in some races.
How would I delete markets, with a trigger,  that have no active runners?

the back and lay book percentages should be zero if there are no active selections

delete market
conditions:
markets back book % is equal to 0
and markets lay book % is equal to 0

and as a safety net you can include conditions like:
and markets number of matched back bets is equal to 0
and markets number of unmatched back bets is equal to 0
etc.

please try in test mode first
