I NEED A TRIGGER FOR GREENING UP

Hi, I have tried everything to make a trigger that would green up once the value in trade out all is bigger than X, but I cant . Can anyone help me?

on the image attached I post where the trade out all button is. This is what I need to be the parameter for greening up. Once the value on trade out all is bigger then X, it would green up. As it would if I pressed that button manually.

Do you need a trigger that only close your open positions? At certain value of green or red?
Trigger will no need to place initial bets??
