LTD and close trade at 70 min - help please!

Hi.
To all the trigger experts in this great forum, i need a trigger for this:

-Lay the draw 3 min before match at stake of 10
-After a goal try to green only if profit (fav scores) if not let run
-After 70 min close trade and hedge with losses (or the best would be, close the market with 15% lost of stake)

Is this possible??
