G’day,
Is it possible to include minimum odds for a selection in a selection file? For example, the market price is $5 but I rate the horse at $2.5, so the trigger would take the bet. The rating prices would be different for all selections.

Yep.
If you import the horse's name followed by your rated price you can compare the actual back price to imported_1, which is your rated price.
