price between condition
« on: Sun, 31 August, 2014, 18:00 »
Hi,
I have an issue with how the price is coded for the following.
example:
current back price 1.80
condition:
and selection's back price is between 1.20 and 1.50   or
and selection's back price is less than 1.50
The logs will return False but the back bet is placed despite the back odds being 1.80.
I know the reasoning behind this is to get the better price.
However I don't want the trigger to fire. I would much prefer the condition to perform as it is instructed to do.
In the unlikely event that the code would be modified for moi, I wondered if someone could guide me on how to fire the trigger when the odds range is met.
Many Thanks
R

Hi
I just tested the condition below in a simple back trigger:
and selection's back price is between 1.20 and 1.50
and the trigger fired only when the selections back price was in the range.

I think similar to your last topic you may not have properly defined the selection or there may be other conditions that will trigger the bet?

OOPS sorry Mark, you are right. I just made a simple one condition trigger and it worked.
I have played around with the other trigger so not sure what the original settings were. Perhaps it wasn't set to 'Favourite'. My best guess.
Anyway thanks for putting me right.
