  • I need someone to build this trigger for me if possible, obviously I'll pay the going rate.

    RULES

    1. All UK Flat Turf races with up to 12 declared runners
    2. Back the favourite to WIN at BSP.
    3. WIN odds must >4.00
    4. Place odds must be <1.95
    5. Staking is 1,2,3,4 SAW starting afresh each day
    6. No more than 4 races per day

I need to be sure the horse selection matches that criteria so the only way possible i realise is to bet in-play.

If you can help please let me know.

    Regards
    JOHN

  • Hello!

Please specify what exactly you mean by this:

    5. Staking is 1,2,3,4 SAW starting afresh each day

Obviously, I understand that SAW means "Stop at Winner", but it's the sequence of 1,2,3,4 that needs clarification.

  • Hi

    Sorry it wasn't clearer.

The 1234 is just progressive staking, so 1 point on first selection if it wins we SAW if it loses we stake 2 points on second selection continuing this process until we get to a fourth selection which would have 4 points staked on it.

We stop after 4 selections in a day and reset stakes back to a single point each day.

A day of 4 losing selections would therefore cost me 10 points.

    Thanks

  • Please see your triggers attached.

Use the constants to adjust your triggers.

Unless there is some indication in the name of a race that it is on flat turf, you will have to select the markets manually from the events tree.

Quite the opposite I'm afraid: BSP betting is only possible before the off, so the trigger will work in markets prior to In-Play.

Make sure you have tested the triggers in Test Mode.

  • Thank you.

    Really appreciated.

Sorry again my explanation was poor. I understand that you can only bet to BSP before the off but it's really important that I'm only betting on the race favourite and that the price conditions are met.

Before the race goes inplay the favourites can often change and obviously their prices can change as very few races will go off on time. I need to know that I am only betting on the BSP favourite and that the price condtions were met at the off time. The reason I said in-play is because I'm assuming that the only way I can be sure that all the rules have been met is to wait until the race goes off and then to immediately place the bet in-play.

    Does this make sense?

    Thanks Again

  • So if you meant you only want to use BSP to determine the favourite, then see the amended triggers attached.
