What do I need to add to my trigger for if SP of fav is 4 or above

I have an amazing trigger by the 'make me a trigger' service but there is one more trigger to it I would like to add.

Only trigger if the SP of the favourite was 4 or below.

I don't want to trigger a lay bet on a favourite if it's starting price was 4 or above.

I can't seem to work this one out.
