  • Good Morning,
when using the Auto Dutching Trigger on MFP with the below settings often a selection is not bet. It is always the shortest priced selection.
I use the triggger to bet 3 horses per race.
Can anyone tell me why the selction is not bet.
    All the best.

    MAX PAYOUT - 1000
    AMOUNT TO WIN - 110
    MIN PROFIT - 0.50
BACK SIDE "TICK" LAY SIDE 'TICK"
    FIRST "3" SELCTIONS
    STOP AFTER EACH DUCTH

  • hi
when the trigger calculates the dutch amounts, the combined odds percent must be less than 100.
so if the shortest price is less than 2, this most times takes the calculated percent more than 100, so you would end up losing if they won or lost, so the trigger places bets on the selections that calculate less than 100.
to make sure that the trigger places 3 bets or none at all, then add the condition
and selections trigger expression matching_number is equal to 3
this condition MUST be the last condition in your list of conditions.

  • Thank you.
I don't actually use a "trigger". I use the 'Auto Dutching Tab" at the top of the page.
Is it possible to make a no bet on the race at all condition if the sum of the selctions is less than 100?
    If so how?

    All the best.

  • Please confirm that if I want to ensure that my 3 selctions are bet or none at all I simply add in the conditions sectiion (I am now using the dutch back trigger)

and selections trigger expression matching_number is equal to 3

    All the best.

  • hi
this has to be the last condition.
it will check to see if 3 selections match the other conditions, if there are 3 selections that match, then the condition will be true and a bet placed for 3 selections.
