Betting below the 2 pound limit

hI has anyone had a problem placing bets below the 2 pound minimum, as from 2.20 this afternoon they are not being excepted, i get the error message"there is an error with an action that has caused the entire order to be rejected"

Forgot to add its only the lay bets dont work

I've got the same problem, BACK is OK, LAY just generates the '£2.00 at 1.01' part of the bet and doesn't complete.

Its an api problem ,i darent contact betfair as the bets are below minimum and not sure what they say, until its fixed i cant use my triggers

This has happened to me also. 2:06pm UK time was my last successful lay bet my bot put in. My bot won't function now until this is fixed.

On Betfair forum there are related posts, it's not just MFP. I believe another software vendor has reported the issue to Betfair.

I've done a few tests and it seems ok from £0.80 and above, it doesn't work below that for lay bets.

betfair have said this has been done on purpose to stop minimum bet abuse, so no more greening uo on small stakes, im stuffed now

Hmmmm now it only seems to work from £1.60 and above.

Yes, that was mean.
We do all our best to find a solution.
Meanwhile please switch off "Allow small bets" option.
If it's not acceptable for your strategy please stop betting - the behaviour is unpredictable.

Been able to place bets of both types, so looking for ways to reproduce the problem...

I can confirm that very small bets, e.g. 0.05 are rejected. I'm looking to find the minimum liability allowed.
