error message please insert disk in drive d

When you hit ctrl + alt + delete here, does it show you that your memory usage is high?

It seems to happen later on in the day when a lot of bets have been placed,i was running 5 profiles that day but only got that error message on one profile, would it be something to do with the memory usage, thanks Colin

I had it happen once when I tried to open the trigger editor from within mfp.  I had earlier that day had an sd card mounted and unmounted in my internal card reader and had ripped an audio cd in the D drive, which I thought might be linked as it hasnt happened since.
