You can just keep stacking more blocks into your trigger file to run different triggers at the same time in the same instance of mfp. Obviously the more you have, the more chance that they might interact with each other unexpectedly, but that is what test mode is for! (and any staking plans could be thrown as well.)
You can get trigger blocks over 1mb in size that work comfortably, and considering each trigger block can be only a few kilobytes in size, that's a lot of triggers you can run at the same time.
