Trigger not firing after update

Hi, After installing the latest updates, for some reason my trigger is not firing at all now.
I have not changed anything within the trigger.

Thanks, I tried setting up a new profile as suggested, but it would still not work.

I uninstalled and reinstalled older version 8.1.2.1 and it worked again straight away.

I don't know if it was solved by going back to the old version or if reinstalling the new version would have solved it.
