Market Locator - Loading market information. Please wait...

Hi,

I've hit an issue that I can't seem to resolve.

When I try and add the next days worth of horse racing events through the market locator, the add into my market list, but it wont load any of the race information. It will allow me to start the markets, but they still wont load...

I've tried restarting the software, creating new profiles, re-installing the software, re-booting the PC, but still the same stumbling block.

Is anyone able to help please?

Hi David,

You could try turning off Silks images in Monitoring Options (if you don't need them of course), as they are often the bottleneck on the day before the race actually starts.

Please let me know if this doesn't help or if you need the silks images right from the start.
