Price limit

When I choose 'back at sp  price limit 2.0' does that mean minimum  odds of 2.0 ?

Yes minimum odds you will accept once SP is known. If SP is below price limit the bet will not be matched.

In that case then I can delete the condition 
 and Selections back price is greater than 1.9 ?
as it would appear to be superfluous now I have opted to bet at SP.
