Reset markets not working

I sometimes start and then stop markets before the off. In the past I have then 'reset' them which means monitoring will commence as defined in Settings.
However this no longer appears to be working and having stopped a market it remains stopped for ever.
Please can you investigate

There has never been the intended option to "reset" markets after you have started or stopped them manually, other than deleting and then re-adding them to the program.

I am not sure how you managed to do this in the past. If you stopped the markets once, how is the program supposed to know whether it's ok to start refreshing them again?
