  • Hi,

sry, didnt see that you had tried other thread.

    Try this,

Go to Control Panel, System and Security, System, System Properties, Advanced, Performance Settings, Data Execution Prevention

click 'Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select'

    Add MarketfeederPro
    Add teditor
    Click Apply, click Ok
    Exit.

I dont know if you tried this already, but it helps

  • Hello,

Do you get this if you load an empty trigger file, i.e. with no triggers in it?
  • #8 by hudjw1 on 12 Oct 2014
  • I dont know, i didnt check, the reason for purchasing the subscription is for using the triggers.

The trigger i made, was working without a single problem for 3 days, and all of a sudden the problems have started.....

  • I have tried one trigger file from the site.

    http://marketfeeder.co.uk/solutions/football/back-opposite-team-after-goal/

I got this error now. feeder7.exe stop responding, and mf pro closed.

The abnormal termination didnt shown yet with the sample trigger. I will leave it for a while and i will tell you.

Maybe is a problem with the trigger file ?

  • Firstly, don't worry about your subscription - I'll either have it extended if you choose to hang in and give me a chance to find a solution, or you can have it cancelled and your order refunded.

Secondly, yes, it may be something about your triggers (a logical loop for example). Can you send your trigger file to the support, so that I could run it in my copy of MF Pro and see if I can reproduce the crash?

  • I dont want a refund, i just need your help.

Of course i will send you both my triggers i have used since today and i have the errors, in which email i have to send them ?
  • #12 by hudjw1 on 12 Oct 2014
  • I have sent you the triggers

  • just in case it helps, further down the thread I wrote

    http://community.welldonesoft.com/troubleshooting-8/mfp-crashing-on-loading-markets-solved/msg32940/#msg32940

I found a specific windows 7 update file that was the route of my problems on windows 7 64 bit pro edition.  It's listed in the thread.  When I rolled back to before that update and didnt instal it then things have been fine since then.

    Hope it helps you
