Hey how can I find out the SUM of tradeout_net across all active markets?

There is no quick solution here.

You would need to add up the market_tradeout variables from all refreshing markets.
But this is quite feasible using the attached triggers.

You will then use the global_sum as your total market tradeout P/L.
