Genuine question:

is marketfeeder as a platform in maintence mode or is it being abandoned ?

yes - it still functions and accepts subscriptions right now but doesnt appear to have been updated for some time and support seems pretty bad.

The time machine side is completely non functioning as an example - i dont have free markets, cant buy any, yet a monthly subscription is active ??

Not really sure what's happening, does support answer any queries at all?  It is very unfortunate the lack of activity from the management.  The principals listed on Companies House are all Ukranian citizens, so perhaps that situation has an impact on the activity of the company?

Could you please confirm that you have seen my support ticket? I have emailed and submitted new support tickets, but have received no acknowledgement. I urgently need to hear from someone, as cannot use a few of my paid subscriptions for reasons explained in the the ticket and PM.
