V7 No Statement

As you can imagine I have reinstalled v7 several times, but suddenly I am getting no test statement.

There definatiley was selection, but the statement still did not generate.

Re the V7 NO STATEMENT PROBLEM you refer to did you manage to solve this?
I get test statements most of the time, but too often they just stop half way through the afternoon. A restart of V7 does not help.

interestingly i had no results in the afternoon in test for greyhounds yesterday in the afternoon, and this morning the statement stops at 12.18 and then nothing in V6 and V7
once a gain a restart has not helped.....
Is this just me?

Test results are derived from Betfair's RSS service at http://rss.betfair.com.
You can also check the Recent Events Outcomes button next to My Markets on the main screen.

If no events are showing on either the website or the button, the service is down. In this case, your test markets will not be settled because test settlement depends on this data, and therefore you will not get a statement.

I have just checked both, and unfortunately no results are displaying at this time.

we are still 0 in test statements since 14.29 in all events and nothing in Horses.
Has anyone out there got test statements in v6 or v7 today from 15:00?
"rss betfair" has nothing on the site indicating that there is a problem with the feed.....

Thank you for the update.

Betfair don't normally put out any messages because the service is provided as beta without any support. You will either get results, or not. The service is OK most of the time, but sometimes it is very slow and delayed. Unfortunately MarketFeeder test settlement according to Betfair results relies on this data feed. There is quite a bit of banter on the forum relating to this and possibly using other third party data feeds.

For info I checked the rss website and the recent events outcome button this morning, and results are there instantaneously.

Looks like it's another one of their maintenance. I can't complain if it works.

1oser, please try clearing all your existing log files by ticking "At the start of the program clear log records older than ... days" and setting it to "0" (0 days).

Also make sure your triggers' names do not contain any character that cannot be included in a file name, such as ?, !, < and anything of the kind.
