Poker: Way to check if pair,3 of a kind, etc, exist?

Hello!

I've been looking for a while for this and I think I can't get exactly what I want. I was guessing if there's a way to check if a hand makes it a pair, three of a kind, flush, etc either with just the hand's cards or with the hand's cards + cards on the "table".

I've been checking triggers conditions but can't see how to see this exact option but just concrete values.
