Trigger ordered but now cancelled - what gives???

I bought Market Locator and I have ordered a trigger, privately. Paid the £9 fee. Now they have deleted it. I dont have the trigger.

How can I get this sorted?

There is no triggers for MarketLocator I'm afraid.
And you posted your request to X-Feeder section.
You payment has been reversed.

I would have expected a message to let me know, rather than just deleting my request without notifiying me.
