cant see my trigger logs?

hi if anybody cant help?

over the last couple of days when  have loaded up my trigger logs to see what bets have been taken winners/losers etc the page just loads up blank, it used to load them up but just stopped for some reason.
is there anything i need to do e.i clear them or something and how do i do it??

Probably the files are corrupted. Try to clone your profile (to keep settings) and login using the new one.

how do i do this? i am new and not the best with computers

I'm not sure if it is the same for X-Feeder, but in MarketFeeder it is on the login window. See attached pic. There is also a reference to this in the manual.

Oh, am I wrong with answering about MarketFeeder in X-Feeder section or Alec putting the question to the wrong section?

just seen i am in the wrong section oops!
 ive tried cloning that way though ad it just comes up with something about me not having rights to clone? grrr
