Cant transfer to new pc

Trying to transfer license to new PC. Start screen says 3 day free trial. Fill that in and send. Then ' having a problemwhen sending email with instructions please try to log in.
Send me back to 3 day free trial. New annual subscription prolonged in last 10 days.

How do I transfer this licence to a new computer? just prolonged a subscription for a year.

Hello,

1. Install X-Feeder on the new computer
2. Register for a free trial.
3. Use both for 3 days.
4. When trial expired it'll ask to prolong or transfer license.
