Empty XML login error

Hi,
Just applied for trial license, got email saying trial license assigned to username, installed s/w but unable to log on with b/f username/password. Using Vista. Error message :
"Unable to send XML request, 33  Unable to send request, 33/12007 Empty XML"
Any ideas anyone ?

This error message means that the program cannot connect to the Internet.

Check Internet settings, make sure that neither firewall nor proxy (if any) are blocking X-Feeder's access to the web.
