Subscription Renewal

I have renewed my subscription over 12 hours ago but still waiting for access.

What is the problem please??

email Welldone about it - this is not an official support forum and no one has a clue why you have no access.

I did and I've been chasing them for the past 3 hours.  Not a bother to reply :(

OK, did you get the Paypal receipt, followed by a confirmation email from Welldone?  I've never had a problem with Welldone,  but occasionally there can be problems with banks etc. declining payments for no logical reason.

I believe the support has replied you by now. PayPal failed to report your payment for some reason. Not our fault, but let me apologise anyway for the time you have waited.
Always try your triggers in Test Mode before switching to real money!
