Troubleshooting / Volume not stable on the ladder screen

I just noticed that the volume on each price is flickering on the ladder screen (see attachments). 
It moves back and fourth every 2-3 seconds. My account is funded, I generate daily commission, I am not on VPN nor Virtual machine. 
The screenshots are from a horse racing and from a UCL game so it is not sport specific.

Hi,
In Test Mode, the Account Statement has 'Details' on the right hand side and this column gives details of the trigger responsible for the bet.

But in Real Mode, this 'Details' column just says "Betting Interface" is responsible for the bet instead of the trigger that did the bet.

Is it possible to have the details of the trigger that did the bet in Real Mode show up in the 'Details' column?

I had the following error messages today, ALL DAY.
Anyone have the same experience? Can anyone shed light on why?
It stopped for the markets after 17:00 which appear to be refreshing as expected.

Think I've figured this out, just tested winner_name on settled markets which is returning the name of the winner so I should be able to add a condition to test if the trigger has ran in this market and if so record the winners name.

Troubleshooting / Trigger?

I lodged a request for a trigger on 24 July and have yet to receive a response.

I appreciate everyone takes their holidays around this time of year and I don't want to come across as a dickhead, but six weeks with no reply? Not even to answer my polite request for an update two weeks ago?

If the trigger request can't be completed for any reason, is there any chance I can get my 9 quid back please?

hiya all.
im sure theres an easy solution but I cant figure it out.
I would like an unmatched bet to be cancelled and matched at the best price after it has been sat unmatched for a set amount of seconds (25 maybe)
