Not really sure what's happening, does support answer any queries at all?  It is very unfortunate the lack of activity from the management.  The principals listed on Companies House are all Ukranian citizens, so perhaps that situation has an impact on the activity of the company?

Genuine question:

is marketfeeder as a platform in maintence mode or is it being abandoned ?

yes - it still functions and accepts subscriptions right now but doesnt appear to have been updated for some time and support seems pretty bad.

The time machine side is completely non functioning as an example - i dont have free markets, cant buy any, yet a monthly subscription is active ??

i have a just bought a months subscription to timemachine, have activated the license and have the same issue with free markets.  i'm also unable to purchase any markets either - i get this message:

"Order not found or completed already"

have sent an email to support over the weekend, but if anyone knows if there is anything obvious im missing ??

Time Machine / Time Machine - cannot buy markets (client identification error)

I have fully re installed MarketFeeder Pro and rebuilt the Time Machine DB. Previously purchased markets load correctly, but I am prevented from purchasing any new markets with the error message 'Error with client identification'. 

This indicates my time machine license is still bound to an old client ID. 

Please could I have someone look in to this and reset my ID on the server.

Subscribed to TM for 1 month, it took 12 days before it was showing my purchased markets from a previous sub, same for the free markets.

Yes certainly, here are are loads of examples which include closing positions before the off.

The best way to do this is, in your closing positions automation, to offer prices x ticks above or below the current best price. Betfair will always match at best available price. This reduces situations of leaving unmatched bets. For example:

Lay at best lay price + 5 ticks
Back at best back price - 5 ticks

Another way for closing positions is to use bet persistence "take SP". Betfair will match the bet at BSP as soon as the market turns in-play.

I currently run a scalping strategy using BF BOT Manager but unfortunately it's unable to successfully close my positions before the start time and I'm occasionally left with unmatched bets. What I need is a BOT that can scalp a market at set prices/ticks and then close all positions a few seconds before the start time without any manual input. Is this something that is achievable using this software?

Give this trigger a try. I've put in several safety checks to make sure the variable for 7am price is correctly set. Obviously you will need to be monitoring both markets. Have only tested this briefly so please test carefully in test mode before using real funds.
