Hello Tim

Not responding to enquiries for over 12 months is not just missing something, it is a certain way to lose business. Can you tell us what is your new product that is taking up your time and when will it be available?

Hello,

Sorry for delay in our support replies.
Our small team currently completely busy with developing and testing our new product. We are still in the business.
We do all our best but may miss something.
Apologies for any inconveniences.

Hi MarkV

I have been a lifetime user since 2008, nearly as long as you have. It is now quite apparent that there is no support and market feeder is probably out of business. Can you please let us know what you know about the present state of affairs as the thousands of users are all feeling abandoned and do not know where to turn. What does the future hold for users like ourselves? Is there anyone we can contact and who owns market feeder now? Please let us know as soon as possible as this is not acceptable

Regards
Paul Fone

Hi
If you want to write directly to Excel then you need to establish a data connection from MFP to Excel and that requires clicking the Launch Excel button. This trigger will do it and also has a timer:

https://marketfeeder.co.uk/learn/triggers/feeding-all-markets-prices-into-excel/

Or like armarni suggests you can use a trigger to write to a csv file which can be imported to Excel. Trigger example here:

Hi Ian

Maybe you could use the 'write to file' option using this as the text: [now_time],[event_start],["market_name"],[market_volume],["sel_name"],[back_price]            if you wrote that to a csv file then excel could open it later.   You could add in the coditions some sort of timer variable, and the new info would be added to the csv file so you could record the results with a 1 hour difference onto the same csv file.

Just an idea, it's not something I know a lot about.

Hi,

I have forgotten the procedure to export just the Betfair live win odds to Excel without using the Launch Excel option. Could someone please remind me. Also the method to record and save odds say an hour apart.
Many Thanks Ian
