As I have now investigated, MF is not seeing market code for Over/Under soccer markets for at least the September and October games. Because of this, prefixes like football6_, football7_, footbal8_ and so on do not work. This problem is relevant for Over/Under markets!
I ask the MF PRO developers to provide feedback on this critical issue.
If the problem is with the data, can I get my money back? Is there such a problem for November and December matches?
I use Time Machine to test strategies. I have purchased soccer games through 2021. They are doing well. But I bought some more soccer markets today and wanted to test a strategy. I noticed that the market prefixes are not working. In particular the prefixes football1_, football2_, football3 and so on don't work.
The screenshot shows the game in 2024 (Sept. 14). In the game of 2021 and earlier, all these prefixes work fine.
This is the exact reason why my trigger stopped working correctly.
I noticed that market_code on total markets (over/under) is always 0. But on the market “Match Odds” market code is 5 as it should be.
Thanks Mark I'll probably give this a try on Boxing Day with all those race meetings. Merry Christmas to you and yours. There is a commercial bot that runs this strategy very well, but I don't need all the functions that offers, so I was keen to set it up on MFPro which is cheaper anyway.
Seasons greetings In the screenshot 1st column is recorded price at 8 mins 2nd column is recorded at 4 mins. At 10 secs before the off trigger backs all selections whose back price is less than the two recorded back prices. You can add more triggers to record prices when you want then just add the conditions in the backing trigger.
I want to record the back_price of all market selections in some user variables at various times beore the off. How would I then refer to the back prices recorded in a subsequent backing trigger? If I simply use Selections back price is less than MyselsT1 and selections back-price is less thant MyselsT2 etc... Nothing seems to happen.I need the back trigger to compare the current price at say 10 secs before the off with all the individual back_prices already recorded in previous user variables.
Any simple solution or will it take a trigger request?
Hi Yes and yes. Tennis livescore is available since version 8.1.2.1 There is a whole range of tennis variables. You can find them in the helpfile towards the bottom of the market variables page. Use a condition: score_exists is equal to 1 to confirm livescore is available in that market.
